What is the difference between an escort card and a place card?
ESCORT CARDS include a guest’s name and table number, and can be found at a display near the reception venue entrance.
PLACE CARDS go at each place setting, directing your guests to which particular seat is theirs at the table.

Bilingual Invitations offers two different designs for both escort cards and place cards.

ESCORT & PLACE CARDS INFORMATION
* available as escort cards - OR - place cards
* available as folded tent cards - OR - flat cards
* folded tent card size: 3.5" x 2" (3.5" x 4" unfolded)
* flat card size: 3.5" x 2"
* thick white cover stock

Step 1: ORDERING
1. Choose between folded or flat cards in the first dropdown menu.
2. Choose the card quantity, add to your cart and complete your purchase
3. Email me your guest list to order@bilingualinvitations.com Please send either as an Excel or Google spreadsheet with 2 or 3 columns (first name, last name, table number).

Step 2: PROOFS
1. You will receive proofs within 3 business days that you may approve or we can edit if needed. After you approve your proofs, your cards will be printed and shipped within 7 business days.
2. Up to 3 rounds of proofs are included in your purchase price, so you may make revisions before approving your file for printing. After approving your file for printing, no further changes may be made to your order without incurring additional fees. Please check your files VERY carefully because any errors left unchanged after final approval are your responsibility.

Step 3: SHIPPING
Escort and place cards orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as it ships.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
* Folded cards will ship flat, but will be scored down the center for easy folding.
* Meal choices can also be added to your cards if they are required by your caterer.
* All items are single-sided and printed on white 110# cardstock.
* Ink colors vary depending on your computer or phone screen and may appear slightly different in person. Bilingual Invitations is not responsible for any orders that do not match exactly the colors you were expecting due to what you see on your screen.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Because this item is completely custom and made to order, escort and place card orders are not available for refunds or cancellations for any reason.
