ORDERING 
1. Choose the quantity of boxes in the dropdown menu and add to your cart.
2. In the 'Order Special Request' box on the checkout page, please note ribbon color, last name and date of the event.
3. Enter payment information and complete your order.
4. You will receive a customized digital proof (via email) within 3 business days from the time of purchase. Please respond with your approval or revisions within 2 days.
5. Once approved, your boxes will be printed and shipped within 7 business days.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 
- Please note that ink colors vary depending on your computer or phone screen and may appear different in person. Bilingual Invitations is not responsible for any orders that do not match the colors you were expecting due to what you see on your screen.
- Up to 3 rounds of PDF proofs are included in your purchase price, so you may make revisions before approving your file for printing. After approving your file for printing, no further changes may be made to your order without incurring additional fees. Please check your files VERY carefully because any errors left unchanged after final proof approval are your responsibility.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason you need to cancel your order you may do so within 24 hours from when the original order was placed for a full refund, but ONLY if the bags have not been made. If the bags have been made, cancellations are no longer accepted for any reason.
